In the year 2000, a low was issued to prevent the killing of mad animals. Instead they sent them to a farm to be treated. The farm started with 36 doctors and in the year 2010 the government went to follow up on the project. But when they reached the farm, they didn’t find any one there not even a single body of an animal or a human being. All they could find is a box of videotapes covered with blood.
